Remember that there will not be a western surety company there to insure you if the cops are questing you. So keep your 5th amendment in mind!

Movie Payoff: $300 to $30 Million in One Weekend
Posted on 15:32 by Unknown
An unknown producer from Uruguay shot this alien robot invasion video for $300 and uploaded it on YouTube. The production values are so high that it went viral over the weekend and he created a bidding war with Hollywood producers. Sam Raimi (Evil Dead, the Spiderman movies) offered him a $30 million contract. Here is the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dadPWhEhVk |

A Great Interview With Billionaire Sam Zell
Posted on 15:20 by Unknown
YouTube has a lot of heavily watched clips of Zell (CEO of the Chicago Tribune)swearing in front of reporters at townhall meetings.
But, only 40 people have viewed this interesting video of Zell being interviewed by the dean of UCLA Anderson School of Management:

Gary Coleman "Disses" Midgets Vs. Mascots - Great Marketing on YouTube
Posted on 15:50 by Unknown
The New York Post had an article about how Gary Coleman bad mouths his new movie "Midgets Vs. Mascots", which premieres at the Tribeca Film Festival in NYC on April 25. What they didn't realize is that this is a marketing stunt on youTube. Coleman's "rant" was placed on YouTube by the same user that posted the main movie trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lMgPUvvUwmk I always figure that "minor league" movies like this must be fun and less pressure to make and might have a good return on their micro budgets. |

Excellent 20/20 Special Edition Episode with John Stossel
Posted on 15:02 by Unknown
A few days ago, ABC showed a special edition of 20/20 with John Stossel, who is a skeptic of big government. This is worth watching. The episode is on You Tube, divided into one video for each of the 6 topics in this special edition: Part 3 - Medical marijuana, the federal government's fight against it despite states' approval. Part 4 - Obama's universal pre-kindergarten program will worsen our education system. |

Video of the New Japanese Fashion Model Robot
Posted on 07:56 by Unknown
The Japanese are pretty advanced at robot design.
They have an aging population and I think they want to eventually depend on robots instead of immigrants.

Lazy Way to Success Video
Posted on 16:13 by Unknown
Fred Gratzon, author of "The Lazy Way to Success" - which I really enjoyed - has created a 5 minute video on his website. This movie is really great and creative - with very good production values. Fred's philosophy is like Tao - avoiding hard work and, instead, succeeding through creativity and leverage through intelligent "play". |
